I have two older dogs who needed cover and this was easy to arrange with Lifetime. I had to correct one of the details which I had typed in wrongly, and it was easy to go back without being told the page had elapsed and having to go through the whole process again. I have only just arranged this so I can't comment on how they may deal with any claim, but so far they seem to be fine. My rating is therefore based on experience so far.
