I had the misfortune of insuring a dog with Animal 'Friends' (surely a misnomer in 2011/2012. They refused to meet a claim which was covered on the policy. I posted constant reviews on their website (I am not alone) and threatened to sue them, which I most certainly was ready to do. They paid and I cancelled the policy. Avoid at all costs. A zero rating wouldn't be bad enough,
