Very disrespectful


I have just spoken to some women in the sales department of AF. I wanted to add another cat to my policy. She was happy to do this in order to take my money. I asked her if, having two cats on the policy, it would mean I qualified for their 10% discount. She said it would not as i had previously qualified but "got rid of one of my cats". I told her he had been run over, not "got rid of". She said "well, OK, he passed"!! No apology. I found her attitude totally outrageous and consider she should be disciplined for her insensitivity. Then I found this site. I'm looking for an alternative insurer during my 14 day cooling off period.
