Avoid this company atrocious service. Claimed in November 2016 been paying premiums for 15 years for 2 dogs. An old age complaint however they are questioning everything in an attempt not to pay out still waiting and it's not a large claim , have paid 100 times over in premiums. When I called as my pet will need medication for life they said I could get the medicine on line cheaper. UNBELIEVABLE Also I got a letter from them when I first claimed to say they will not cover the condition after Nov 2017 they haven't even settled yet! Wished I'd just saved the premiums every month and got interest in my own account I would be quids in
