I've paid 2 yrs of their insurance over £340 pa; and when my great dane puppy ran into me and broke my ankle, I was in hospital 4 nights, then on crutches for 3 months +; and they would only pay kennel fees of £78. As i'm still not very mobile and couldn't care for her, I had to give her away as I couldn't pay months of fees and dog walkers; which I thought was covered, the least friendly and helpful service I've ever known in years of dog and cat care. Better to save independently in case, a heart-breaking experience.
