I was so disappointed, from all the reviews on here I thought it would be perfect, however, I encountered an error on the site which wouldn't let me get past getting a quote. I contacted them through the website and received terrible customer service. Due to this I have decided to go elsewhere.

Hello Claire, I agree with your customer review totally,
They say they don't insure SHIH TZU for new customers anymore,as they have had problems with them,but they still
show them on their drop down list of dogs they insure,this company is only two years old! I sent a review in last week,
0/5, but I see it has not been printed yet!
