Not had to make a claim yet even so the service has been friendly and efficient. I have two dogs insured Jeffery and Stanley with very competitive rates, left my last insurance providers after very disappointing service.

Be interesting to know if any one has claimed for a previous condition after the 24 months
Just had my claim turned down. They claim that condition was noted by vet in May but policy did not start until July. Vet only noted a small fatty lump in May but he found two larger ones in November which needed removal.
