Rip Off

I have been with them for 7 years. No claims and Policy has doubled, When I spoke to customer services they were very keen for me to cancel It seems that they want to off load older dogs which are higher risk.
£50 per month is just not acceptable

I am waiting for my claim to be paid out. Has been over 5 weeks now since my chocolate lab diagnosed with diabetes. Have paid out £300 so far, and need to buy insulin and needles 3 times a month. Just hope Tesco insurance pay out soon.

Just received renewal with a whopping 40% increase in premium. Been with them for 11 years with my dog and have never claimed in that time. No such thing as loyalty from insurance companies these days
