I insured my 7 year old GSD with Lifetime Pet Cover after being let down by his previous insurers when they pulled out of pet insurance. He had hardly been ill in his lifetime but in my first year of cover with Lifetime Pet Cover he has had a major problem and used his full £10,000 worth of cover. They have been brilliant and cannot believe how quick they have settled the claim, absolutely no fuss and easy to deal with. Even got an e-mail on a Sunday morning, perhaps took a few days to settle my claim and when you are talking thousands this was excellent. Don't know yet what my renewal will be but to date cannot fault them. Have just insured my puppy with them.
