I have not had to make a claim yet ( and hope not to test the service!) but this company provided cover for my two eleven year old cats for half the price of the cover I had previously. It was an easy form and the two queries I had prior to signing up were answered via email very quickly.
Whilst I understand that as the cats get older they become more likely to need insurance, having made no claims on one insurance and only a claim for advertising when my cat went missing on the other I was horrified to realise that even one cats insurance was costing more than my car insurance! That can't be right! Hence my move.
