when our 8 yr old wonderful labradoodle, policy increased at renewal in Jan 16 by 30% in 12 months it was past time to look around. But I did phone them first! I was utterly speechless as to some of the reasons!Rollo cut one leg in 2010! and one of his pads in 2011! yes and so has half a million other happy healthy doggies! Needless to say when I phoned this wonderful company,and they explained that 24months very fair sensible clause regarding pre existing conditions,plus very fair prices, recommend for sure to others! best wishes for a great 2016. i feel sure if we ever have to pick the phone up regarding Rollo ,I will have no problems. But I dont want to! its just great to know who is there.real people who have their own dogs,who care
