I have read some of the reviews and I took out a policy in October for 2 Dogs and my Cat, In December my 5 yr old dog became very unwell and spent 5 days in the vets due to a serious urinary intraction infection and swollen prostate. I was very nervous as it was a new policy and had only made 2 monthly payments however Animal Friends were very helpful when I telephoned them, and the vet bills came to over £ 1,200.00 and thankfully Animal Friends covered all minus the excess. I do feel for those that didn't receive a good service, but I just felt in my experience I could not have received a better service so they are not all bad !!!
