Been with insurers since 2009, have made no claims on policy but new monthly payment jumped by over £10.00. Upon querying was told that dog is older and the postcode area that I live in.

Got very similar yesterday from them. Our cat is just over 11 years old. First time we claimed last year for some test that came back negative so all good on that front. Then, lo and behold premium increased by £20 per Month. Yes, per month, to over £50 a month for a single cat.
basically, the money grabbers are just requesting their £200 claim back in monthly installments with a little interest for good measure. We chose not to renew. lol
