Very friendly and helpful on the phone and had no hesitation in moving to them. Been with the current provider for 5 years and they had a 28 day payment plan with the costs being ramped up every year and slammed on £189 excess because he is a Golden Retriever! which made one and only potential claim for his recent and only bout of Eczema of £205 not worth making a claim on. OK it may or may not be covered if he has a recurrence after 2 years but at least they were up front when I asked. I would rather that then pay through the nose for nothing!!
