My German shepherd is insured with Tesco and costs £34.72 per month. My renewal has just come through at £62.72 per month. He is only 5 years 7 months old and has not had a claim during the year, with no health problems. Dick Turpin wore a mask but this is just highway robbery!

We have just had our premium doubled to £97. 71 from £51. 17 which we thought was extortionate last year. Our cat is now 14 years old and we have been with Tesco for years.We cannot believe it. This last year they have paid out approximately £86 every three months for medication. They definitely seem to be getting more out of our relationship than we are!
