Taking out insurance and answering my questions was done very quickly and efficiently. I just hope that any claims are dealt with in the same manner. It will be interesting to see how, as time goes on, people review the claims procedure because I truly believe if this aspect is good also an awful lot of custom will be taken from other companies.
The pre-existing clause (where your covered if there are no symptoms etc for a period of 24+ months) is fantastic and is what ultimately drew me in!

Same here! The pre-existing clause (where you are covered if there are no symptoms etc for a period of 24 or more months) also drew me in as I did not live here before that and although my dogs actually had no health problems during that time it would be painful trying to get their vet there to send all the past documents which would be in Portuguese and have to be translated!
