Terrible customer service


Having made my first claim for my dog with a Diagnosis of diabetes in still waiting for a payment 6 weeks later....after being told in the policy that payment is 3-5 working days! 5 phone calls (and another to be made today) I would not recommend Tesco pet insurance. Poor customer service....it's no good being 'pleasant' on the telephone if you aren't following up the job.

I'm having the same problem, I keep being fobbed off and they have ackowledged that my claim went in on 16th November. It's now 10th December and I've had nothing. 3-5 days...yeah right!
