PP are insisting we had info at renewal about the new £750 limit (we didn't) and we are facing a bill of thousands for our Dogue de Bordeaux. We pay for their 'Extra' policy with a £6k vet fee limit and then they expect us to swallow this!? The £750 probably only just covers diagnosis, the operation will be approx £3000 which I don't have. I have complained but don't expect they will help me. It just feels all about saving them money rather than honouring the original policy and having compassion for animals who need the help they promised. So disappointed.
