Took policy for puppy last year at £25 a month. Had to claim over the last year and now at renewal £50 a month and as condition is for life they have me over a barrel! If you claim they will not give you any discount at renewal. Spoken to manager and won't do anything so I will be going to the FCA and omsbudsman. Also when incepting my policy and on paperwork does not tell you monetary value of original discount given to draw you in as a new customer so again expect to be shocked when renewal due!
