Various claims made, last one being 3 years ago. Paid out without any problems. Watched the premium increase by £12pcm the following year which I accepted due to the claims made. BUT this years premium is now more than double what I was paying 3 years ago and is just unacceptable at £86 pcm which is more than £20pcm hike on last years. They are clearly taking the view that loyal customers or customers who dont shop around all the time are glutten for punishment and acceptable game for ripping off. Only use Tesco for one year if its a good price then make sure you swap.
