After experiencing awful service from another company, I found myself very unhappy with the inner policy's. After loosing one of my dogs and the claim still isn't settled 10 weeks after she died. I was determined not to renew my 2nd dogs policy when it was due. My partner trolled through www and found lifetime cover. After reading their Website and talking to a very helpful and friendly person. I agreed to take a new policy out for my 9 year old Rotti.
I hope the good service continues if and when I have to claim.
