I am a fussy insurance customer for my kitten - I want only lifetime cover, no individual condition limits and payment direct from the company to the vets so money doesn't have to leave my pocket.

This company has offered me all of this at an extremely reasonable price. The lady on the phone was very helpful in discussing my policy concerns and broke down all the information.

I am now covered on a lifetime policy, payment direct to the vets, no condition limit and a £4000 a year resetting coverage limit for just £9.60 a month which is extremely reasonable.

I would give it 5/5 should the claims procedure be as efficient as the service, but as this area is yet unknown, 4/5 so far for what seems to be a very good company.
