Refused to pay out on the removal of large lumps from my dogs armpits alleging 'pre-existing'. Had obtained medical records from my vet without my knowledge. Records showed some small fatty lumps over the years as is common. Left with bill for £1500. Had tried to get their ok beforehand but could never get through and they never phoned back. Cancelled the dd and they were on within 24hrs asking why they couldn't get their money.
