My Shih Tzu had to have a lump removed and had a biopsy, thank you animal friends for the quick response in paying out the claim. Happy to tell you the lump was benign and she is on the way to complete recovery. I have had other pet insurance in the past and I have found Animal Friends the best and the most reasonable. I love that they donate To other charities.

The only reason they can afford to donate to charities is because they refuse so many claims . It is not their money going to charity it is money that should have paid for treatment for their customers pets . Some of their customers pets are dead because of their refusal to pay out . They ignore information from customers vets . Don't be fooled by their cuddly animal loving adverts it is a marketing ploy .
