We have accident and collision for our 15 month cocker spaniel. Tesco refusing to reimburse claim following a collision with another dog. Initially turned down claim as not enough information provided by my vet on claim form. Vet sent in a detailed, legal document, highlighting the status of dog upon arrival (lame and in acute pain following collision). Tesco turn down claim implying that the vet has falsified the document, in order to for us to claim. Both vet and I seeking legal advice as statement defamatory and untrue. Complaint also sent to the Financial Ombudsman in regard to Tesco Pet Insurance conduct! from an honest, genuine person, please save your money and look elsewhere for a provider!
