Our dog Gizmo has had his claim refused for an ulcerated eye because he has had Conjunctivitis once before policy inception, I asked if he gets a thorn in his foot again would it be treated in the same way as it happened a few years ago, the answer was YES, its everything your animal has ever been to the vet for & anything that could be connected. Will be instructing Solicitor when Gizmo is better.
