A new insurance company so their claims record is not known but it seems to be a very fair policy for older dogs and is reasonably price. Customer service was very good and I was advised that premiums will not shoot up to extortionate amounts next year just because my dog will be a year older. A rating of 4 only because their claims records is unknown at present - if that is good then definitely 5.
