My two Pugs, like many in the breed, are prone to multiple weird and wonderful illnesses. I expected my pet insurance to find every reason to deny them cover based on their unfortunate genetics. NOT SO WITH TESCO! This is the best pet insurance company ever. They pay out on time with NO HASSLE! Their sales team is courteous, sympathetic and patient. They are a superb example of good customer service. As long as this service continues I will NEVER have another provider. Thank you Tesco!
