Have put in 2 claims this year, both minor accidents, first time in 4 years and now my premium has gone up by almost 50%. Cannot understand people talking about prompt payment, took over 6 weeks last time and still waiting after a month this time. Total indifference when you call, thats just the way it is. Sorry to say wont be going back!
