I have to say I really cant fault them.

I went with animal friends 6 years ago when Pet Plan, my previous insurer, put up my monthly premiums by £15 to just over £44 per month, despite having never made a claim. With animal friends i only pay £12 month.

This year my dog developed cancer and has had to have two operations and numerous scans and biopsies done. After reading some negative reviews about animal friends when I searched online for the claims form, I became worried that they might not pay for the treatment. But they were fantastic. I recieved all costs (minus the £99 excess which I was responsible for) promptly and without any issue.

So like i said above, I can't fault them.
