I've been with sainsburys from day one for max our lab, despite having made a number of claims over the last 8 years for various things they have always paid up within a matter of weeks, usually in full. My only criticism is that they have continually increased the policy amount every year even when I haven't made a claim, though I'm sure most companies would do this. I'm not sure how this will continue after he turns 8 years of age as according to my policy there are a number of things he will not be covered for then, I guess they class them as old and knackered after this age!
