Worse ever pet insurance waited 3months for pre authorisation for op on my Labrador in the end I paid out for him myself, unless I phoned them I was not informed of information required I rang every week to be informed more back ground required. In the end I got a payout if I had not got savings my pet would have been suffering for far longer. After putting in a complaint they offered £50 in vouchers I am still waiting (They can't even get this right ) not going there again
