I bought a cover for 3500 per year. I have never had pet insurance before and wasn't sure what I was looking for. 2 dogs with 3500 each per year seemed reasonable. Until both got sick at the same time! Turns out cover is 500 per condition to a total of 3500....I had an excess of 99 pounds. So after my dogs 5 visits to the vet and xray and scans at 500 pound. I claimed my 500. They took the 99 excess off my claim!!! 401 pounds paid into my account! I am persuing this bad practise with legal advice. Do not use Animal friends.
