My Springer is not yet 11 and last year he was unfortunate to pick up fox mite which took prolong antibiotic treatment I had to claim on my pet insurance £200 and guess what this year they put my premium up by £250. Thought I would have problems finding new insurance but found Life Time Insurance. No problems in purchasing but when I rang because I could not download paperwork they were so helpful. Would recommend them to anybody
