I've never claimed for any of our 3 cats and joined Animal Friends a few months back and wish I hadn't after reading so many negative reviews!Put in our claim for our cat who'd sustained an injury that started off as a tiny mark between his shoulder blades that he made worse by his frantic scratching. It ended up the size of a satsuma. Vets were great with a series of swab, steroid and antibiotic injections, totaling £400. Claim was refused on the grounds that it fell under 'general exclusions'. We are going back to our vet to see if they can help us contest their ridiculous decision.
