I took my cat to the vet on Monday 02/02/15 and his treatment came to just over £300. I left the completed Animal Friends insurance forms with the vet and waited to hear. On 13/02/15 I had a letter from Animal Friends dated 07/02/15 saying the claim would be paid by direct transfer into my bank account in the next few days, and whene I checked my account, the claim had been paid 12/02/15. No problems at all.
