I used to insure my dog with a different company and didn't realise that it actually wasn't a good policy until I tried to make a claim and it turned out that each condition was only covered for a year. I then decided to switch to Vetsure and have never looked back. Unfortunately we found out that rocky has a under active thyroid and a heart murmur. These conditions will be with him for life so it's good to know that he is now insured with a good company. Whenever I've made a claim its always been really easy with no hassle.
