do not take out a basic policy or prime with these bunch of muppets they dont pay out for growths or tumours, i was prime but it expired to basic news to me and if it was in the medical history for over a year they want pay out either they just try wiggle out of everything do not waste your money i got hundreds of pounds of vet fees now, i wrote to them to express my feelings and my kind regards not complaints dept, i stopped my direct debits with them now terminated cowboys.
