My dog has a long term condition and never had any problems claiming. Since they have been taken over i have 3 claims which have not be sorted since october 2014. It is a good job i have an understanding vets. After nearly 4 months they then contact the vets and say they need a full history, which has never been required before!! Why not just ask in the first place. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!
