I like the price being upfront. I had two dogs with another company, same breed and same age, neither had claimed but because I bought the policies on different days there were big price differences. It was totally unfair so I have moved both Molly and Tilly.

Vets Medi were really helpful on the phone and seemed to know what they were talking about. I'm happy I switched.
