Absolute rubbish. I have their life time policy. My 18 month old jack Russell has just been diagnosed with a liver shunt and without an operation will die within the year. They won't pay a penny as the exclusion congenital covers it! !. I never knew my dog was ill until now but they don't care. £4K For his operation next week. Have reported them to the local paper . I won't let this rest.
