Very frustrating to deal with


Constantly ringing this company for updates only to discover they were waiting for information from Vets. However, they don't make outgoing calls so won't chase for information themselves (I had to do all the work for them. So basically, if you don't continually call them to check progress they won't necessarily tell you if there's a problem (excuse being that they are a very busy call centre dealing with thousands of claims). Avoid like the plague!
