I took out lifetime cover for my Labradoodle - unfortunately six months later he snapped a ligament in his back leg. More Than were very good paying out all the claims but when my renewal came through the premium had gone up £10 a month due to the claim. I was told that the next year if I did not make any claims the premium would only go up a small amount. That was a complete lie - I made no claims and the premium has gone up £15 a month to nearly £40! I was told that because my dog is a year older - he's only three so goodness knows how much the premium will end up at. Needless to say I have cancelled my policy.
