Not all was well with Animal Friends insurance, we were fully expecting a £100 excess to be deducted however for a £758 bill they only offered £258, citing over policy limit and we had to pay35% due to dogs age. And they they have excluded the dog from Lipomas and any resulting conditions from future cover. So our business will go else where next time, we really wish we had looked into the reviews of this company in more details and the small print of the policy.
