I made two claims recently for 2 different pets, one wasn’t paid but one was. Bit annoyed that one wasn’t paid but can now (after calming down) see the reason it wasn’t paid. When I went to make the second claim I was sceptical and thought they would worm out of it, but it was paid without hassle.
