Dire Service


My dog has a skin allergy and this company have dragged their feet. Claims department are shambolic, when I asked to make a complaint I was told that I couldn't because no managers were available. Two months later I am waiting for a call handler to get back to me!

I have had exactly the same claims experience with them, dog with skin allergy, just an awful claim experience, such bad service!
Also watch out! -
I had the Diamond lifetime policy & I've just had a letter from them about my renewal, the insurance co. are no longer providing pet insurance, they've offered me renewal with another insurance co. without lifetime cover for the pre-existing condition! they're limiting it to £3k in total for my dogs lifetime at double the premium, the treatment for his allergy is going to be ongoing for the rest of his life I'm going to have to pay up myself as I can't get cover elsewhere now. They've totally screwed me over :(
