I've been insured and claimed with both Pet Plan and Tesco in the past and have claimed with both, finding the process simple and efficient. I now have my three dogs insured with pet-insurance.co.uk and they have been appalling to deal with. Inefficient, slow to process the claim and they appear deliberately obstructive in their dealings. I now expect each claim to take between 6 weeks and 3 months to process and for any excuse possible to be used to delay making payment. There is simply no excuse for terrible service like this. If you have any other option than to use them take it, insure with someone else.
