I've have had to submit three claim forms for one of my dogs as the first one was lost' and when I submitted the second they would not process it as the receipts were duplicates ...needless to say the original receipts were on the first. Other form was apparently 'not signed and sent back' but as my dog has several claims being submitted they are not even sure which form they have sent back Or if it has been sent back to my vets or the hydrotherapist. My new puppy is insured with Sainsburys, better cover for a lot less money.
