I have recently lost my pet and have made a claim with esure. Having not received a claim form through the automated service I subsequently had to call again. This time it was emailed. During the call I was informed that the DD would stop and that the claim would be handled against the final August payment. So today I find that they have continue to take the money for this month as well. Watch out with this company. A previous claim was rejected and was told to resubmit everything again. I dare say they will find some lame excuse not to pay out over the death of my pup.
