Very disappointed with Tesco, probably my fault for not reading every bit of small print. I have 2 dogs who have both suffered from conjunctivitis(?). having exhausted all of the normal tests and treatments they were operated on only to find the cause was a lack of a tear canal in one and a growth of hair inside the eyelids on both. They now need specialist treatment to remove the hairs and guess what - its outside 12 months so they are not covered and despite having paid approx. £1500 in insurance I have received approx. £350 against a bill to date of £800 + and the most expensive part is still to come!
